PRO Software is leading the industry — and helping our customers outmaneuver their competition — with cutting-edge technology and innovation, powered by AI. That commitment to progress was on full display last week at our annual conference, Training Camp, where customers, partners, and industry leaders came together for several days of learning, collaboration, and forward-thinking discussion.
Attendees heard from members of the PRO Team during in-depth training sessions as well as from an incredible lineup of business and technology experts. Casey Clark, President & CEO of NAPEO – The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations, opened the conference with an overview of the PEO industry; Jeff DeLoach, President & COO of Cognet (Diamond Sponsor), shared insights on building strong outsourcing relationships; Brian Stearns, AAP, APRP, NCP, CIA, SVP at Wespay (Silver Sponsor), Kristen Reeves and Denard Luster, AAP from HR&P Solutions discussed treasury best practices; and Kevin Kaeppler and Scott Gildea from Fifth Third Bank (Platinum Sponsor) delivered a timely update on the M&A market. Tom Jacobs JD MBA, Founder & Principal of PEO Auxiliary (Platinum Sponsor), gave an in-depth look on FSA, COBRA, and compliance for PEOs; Jason Willborn, President & Partner at SustainableHR PEO — one of our valued PRO customers — shared his experience on how PRO drives measurable business results. Scott Klososky, Founder of Future Point of View and HCM Defender, explored digital risk control in the AI era, while John Slavic, President & CEO of Slavic401k, offered valuable economic insights. Rounding out the lineup, Ryan Christian of BakerHostetler covered cybersecurity readiness, and Tawfik Jarjour of Accenture discussed the transformative power of AI in business.
Throughout the event, we showcased how PRO Software continues to outmaneuver the competition — and help our customers do the same — by embedding AI across our technology to drive efficiency, intelligence, and growth. The momentum built with each session, culminating in our high-energy roadmap presentation, where we showcased exciting new features and upcoming releases — including even more AI-driven enhancements designed to accelerate performance and productivity.
This was our most exciting Training Camp yet, and we’re deeply grateful to every customer, partner, and friend who joined us — and to our incredible sponsors for making it possible: CogNet, Equifax, Fifth Third Bank, Kurensē, Libertate Insurance Services, LLC, MasterTax, MetLife, PACE PEO Association, Ready to Fund, PEO Auxiliary, Slavic401k, SOLV, TCP Software, Wespay, When, and ZayZoon. 🎉
